Join us in all locations every month as we welcome our friend Chef Daniel Domingo of Land of Saffron! Chef Daniel crafts his paella with meticulous elegance and deep respect for tradition. He begins by slowly sautéing a fragrant sofrito—a rich blend of sweet onions, red bell peppers, ripe tomatoes, and garlic—until each ingredient sings in harmony. He then stirs in premium Bomba rice, to which he adds a golden saffron-infused stock, drawing on the spice that defines the SOUL of the dish. As the rice gently simmers, Daniel layers in tender morsels of chicken, snap-fresh seafood, and delicate shellfish sourced from local purveyors, each ingredient placed with intention to allow individual flavors to shine.
