Join us in all locations for a Dinner event celebrating the cuisine of some of our favorite wine regions.

** JULY 2026 - Zarzuela de Mariscos **

A traditional zarzuela may include shrimp, mussels, clams, squid, scallops, lobster, and firm white fish such as monkfish or cod. These are gently simmered in a flavorful base of olive oil, garlic, onions, ripe tomatoes, white wine, fish stock, saffron, paprika, and fresh herbs. Many classic recipes are finished with a picada—a paste of toasted almonds, garlic, parsley, and olive oil—which adds richness, texture, and a distinctive nutty depth.

** AUGUST 2026 - Fideuà de Mariscos **

Traditionally prepared in a wide, shallow paella pan, fideuà features an abundance of fresh seafood such as shrimp, mussels, clams, squid, scallops, and firm white fish. The pasta is simmered in a rich seafood stock infused with saffron, garlic, tomatoes, paprika, and olive oil, allowing it to absorb the flavors of the sea while developing a lightly crisp layer on the bottom of the pan, known as the socarrat, which is prized by enthusiasts.

Paella is served at 6:00 PM at all locations, but we recommend coming early for a wine tasting and to enjoy the show!​​
