Colle Manora was founded in 1981 by Eleonora Limonci, but more than 10 years ago the winery was passed into the hands of Giorgio Schön and Marina Orlandi Contucci. Since, they have planted new vineyards, renovated the cellars, and the company has been completely transformed. Italian winemaking is renowned worldwide for its dedication to quality, style and passion. Colle Manora is no different. Colle Manora is a proud terrority that teams its indigenous grapes with international varieties to produce wines with very unique character.
This wine pours a bright straw yellow color and gives complex and elegant aromas of ripe fruit with hints of honey. The palate is crisp, clean, elegant and balanced. The wine is fresh with a well developed acidity.

We love this wine best paired with delicate meats or scallops that could be flavored with stewed fruits, almonds, citrus, butter and aromatic herbs like Thai basil and tarragon.
