Colle Manora was founded in 1981 by Eleonora Limonci, but more than 10 years ago the winery was passed into the hands of Giorgio Schön and Marina Orlandi Contucci. Since, they have planted new vineyards, renovated the cellars, and the company has been completely transformed. Italian winemaking is renowned worldwide for its dedication to quality, style and passion. Colle Manora is no different. Colle Manora is a proud terrority that teams its indigenous grapes with international varieties to produce wines with very unique character.

Tasting Notes:

This wine pours a bright ruby red color and gives expressive aromas of violet, acacia, rose hip and bramble berries. The palate is pleasant, velvety and robust.

Pair it With:

Barbera pairs well with rich dark meats, mushrooms, herbs, herbaceous cheeses like blue cheese and higher tannin foods like root vegetables and braised greens.
