Colle Manora was founded in 1981 by Eleonora Limonci, but more than 10 years ago the winery was passed into the hands of Giorgio Schön and Marina Orlandi Contucci. Since, they have planted new vineyards, renovated the cellars, and the company has been completely transformed. Italian winemaking is renowned worldwide for its dedication to quality, style and passion. Colle Manora is no different. Colle Manora is a proud territory that teams its indigenous grapes with international varieties to produce wines with very unique character.
Tasting Notes:
This wine pours an intense and shiny garnet red with a slightly violet hue to it. The aromas are spicy with a hint of red fruit, field flowers, herbs and ground pepper. The palate is slightly dry with a persistent finish.
Pair it With:
We love Albarossa with pizza. It is also great with Chinese and Mexican cuisines and pastas with sausages.
