Finca La Estacada emerged in 2001 thanks to Cantarero Rodríguez family's passion for wine-making. The winery aims to highlight the characteristics of Uclés while providing a quality, desirable product at a great value. Sitting nearly 3,000 ft above sea level, the high elevation of the estate in combination with the calcareous influence from the lime substrate in the soil present wines are lighter and brighter than one might expect from central Spain.
This rosé offers primary aromas of strawberry with hints of peach, citrus and florals. The palate is dry and the fresh acidity braces the underlying red fruit flavors.
Pair it With:
A perfect pairing for this rosé would be a summer evening, but you could also definitely enjoy it with some moderately spiced take out like tacos, gyros, and moroccan couscous with chicken.
