Their passion for the earth and its fruits has distinguished the Parovel family throughout generations of grape and olive cultivation. Thanks to Zoran Parovel, they were the very first in the Karst area to offer their wines in bottles.
Tasting Notes:
The wine is an intense ruby red color. The nose jumps out with evident notes of thyme and rosemary, and lighter nuances of leather. The flavors are fully developed and elegant, despite a light sourness typical of the Carso region. You’ll taste notes of mediterranean spice and licorice and lots of mineral. The finish is persistent with impressive length.
