Their passion for the earth and its fruits has distinguished the Parovel family throughout generations of grape and olive cultivation. Thanks to Zoran Parovel, they were the very first in the Karst area to offer their wines in bottles. Vitovska is a very rare grape indigenous to the Carso appellation.
Pouring a bright, lemony green hue, the nose is very fragrant with lots of aromatic herbs and minerality, and a touch of florals. The wine is dry and silky on the palate, it comes of remarkably fresh. It has well defined floral and fruity notes with a green, clean and slightly salty finish.

This is an elegant and refreshing wine. It would make a fantastic aperitif, or paired alongside shellfish, fruits and raw fish.
