Quinta de Tourais, located in the Douro World Heritage Site, has belonged to the Coelho family for three generations. Until 1999, the grapes produced on the farm were sold in full to an exporting company forthe production of Port wine. In 1999, under the responsibility of Fernando Coelho, the first wines began to be produced. Currently, there are about 37,000 vines are planted on the property.
This is a fresh and easy drinking white wine with notes of citrus, tropical fruits, and delicate florals. It is elegant and fresh with medium acidity and a long finish with some light almond notes on the aftertaste.

This wine is a great aperitif and also works wonderfully with white meats and seafood dishes, particularly in meals that include a fruit element like lemons, oranges, peaches or apricots. We also love this wine with soft cheeses like burrata, creamy goat cheese and salty feta.
