Their inquisitive nature has led them across Spain in search of vineyards, projects, and collaborations as unique as they are. In Rueda’s rocky highlands, it was the Val de Vid Vineyard that caught their attention; the region’s appeal for growing Verdejo stems from its ability to mature fruit slowly as the hot days are tempered by cold nights. The winery is located close to the vineyard, allowing for freshly harvested grapes to be transported and processed quickly without damage or oxidation, helping to maintain the true character of the Verdejo.
